Almost twenty years ago, while building the international reforestation company that she co-founded, MP Joyce Murray wrote an Executive MBA thesis titled “Global Warming: Policy Analysis and Proposal for a Carbon Sink Silviculture Program”.
Serving as BC’s Environment Minister from 2001 to 2004, MP Murray laid the foundation for the BC government’s leadership on climate action, using her climate research as a basis and inspiration.
